Among other industry innovations, Matt originated the “virtual spec sample” in the early 1990’s, which is widely used in today’s digital marketplace.

Laura Gaulke, formally educated in product design, advertising and marketing management, has 17 years of direct industry experience developing product lines and crafting marketing and product strategies based on her specific research and analysis process. She is skilled at implementing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including negotiation of advertising, print and product purchases. Laura has also executed numerous successful targeted key customer programs that engage inside and outside salespeople.

Reagan Holm, Senior Business Advisor. Reagan Holm, a promotional product professional and our lead business advisor, has spent over 23 years directing promotional product businesses towards successful strategies and action plans aimed at attaining core goals and objectives. He served as President of Eighth Floor Promotion, General Manager for Hazel/Atapco and Sales Manager for Parker Pen USA and served as a board member for PPAI and PPEF. Reagan managed several top suppliers that all grew substantially in revenue and profits during his tenure. As an UncommonQuest! Marketing™ advisory member, Reagan will help promotional product companies grow strategically by developing well designed programs based on their major strengths and then adding focused action plans to obtain their corporate and financial goals.

Julie West, owner of West Works and our lead designer, is an award-winning graphic artist with 30 years of experience who thoroughly understands industry standards, the market and its audiences. Julie leads the creative team members, utilizing the latest graphic programs, from concept through production. Her acute sense for creating pieces with impact was honed in this industry and working for national advertising firms and global publishing giants.

Isenberger Photography, Lead Photographic Associate. Brent Isenberger, owner of Isenberger Photography and our lead photographer, is formally trained in commercial photography with advanced training in state-of-the-art digital technology.  Brent has spent 30 years shooting promotional products on table tops, with models and in a variety of settings. His creativity, accuracy and signature lighting produce the kind of striking images that best illustrate product and decorating details for effective promotional products catalogs.
